The GCGRA register of licensees records Island 3 AMI FZ-LLC under the trading name Wynn Al Marjan in the land-based gaming facility category. On 4 October 2024, Wynn said the entity had received the UAE's first Commercial Gaming Facility Operator licence. That made the resort the first licensed casino project in the GCC.
A licence is not an opening notice

GCGRA's current register places Coin Technology Projects LLC in both internet gaming and sports wagering. No consumer trading name or domain appears beside the entity, so the licence should not be assigned to a brand unless an official published source makes that connection.

Those two categories show that the activities fall within GCGRA's remit. They do not approve every service accessible in the UAE, whether its interface is in English or Arabic or its balances are shown in AED.
